Our SMT is responsible for implementing our strategy. They run our day-to-day operations, lead our teams, monitor our performance, manage risk, compliance, budgets and resources, and build relationships with our stakeholders.
The senior management team is accountable to our board of trustees.
Our board of trustees oversees the direction and management of our charity. We are governed by eight trustees, who volunteer their time and expertise to advance our mission.
