Salary: £29,696 to £36,576

We are looking for a senior support worker to join Threshold and be part of our dedicated supported housing team and help us with or mission to end homelessness by supporting people towards independence.
About the role
Based within Threshold’s supported housing team, the senior support worker will play a supervisory role in delivering an effective, high-quality, person-centred support service, managing an individual caseload of service users as well as being the first point of contact in the team for decisions or queries.
This role does not include line management but will provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of the support worker team’s work to support service users with a background of homelessness, promote engagement, develop positive relationships and empower independence. Our service users have a range of needs including entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health issues and a range of offending backgrounds.
