Salary:£35,000

Location:Swindon

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Threshold and work with our project and services teams to help us with or mission to end homelessness by supporting people towards independence.

About the role

The Project Coordinator will play a leading role in running a programme of targeted interventions to be delivered by a range of local services, provide people with homelessness experience with a pathway to independence and prevent returning to homelessness.

The role will engage with homelessness service providers across Swindon and Threshold’s support worker team to generate referrals to the interventions on offer, as well as coordinating with VSCEs on delivering the interventions, organising logistics, managing service user involvement, promoting the project to stakeholders and carrying out data collection, monitoring and evaluation. Service users have a range of needs including entrenched drug and/or alcohol issues, mental health issues and a range of offending backgrounds.
