About the role
We’re looking for a housing maintenance coordinator to join our finance and compliance team. The role will support the delivery of high-quality housing services for residents with a history of homelessness and complex needs, ensuring the homes we provide them remain safe, well-maintained and compliant.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong organisational and administrative skills. Experience in housing, property, or compliance is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. You will work closely with frontline colleagues to coordinate housing services, manage contractors and maintain accurate records.

About you
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365
- Desirable: Experience in housing, property management or compliance
- Desirable: Knowledge of housing legislation and safety standards
- A full driving licence and access to a car (essential for travel across Swindon)
